We’ve had the pleasure of working with Anecoop France for several years now. 1. Can you tell us a bit about your company and your role?


Of course! Anecoop is a leading agricultural cooperative in Europe, specializing in the production and marketing of fruit and vegetables. We work with over 70 member agricultural cooperatives and hundreds of individual producers for the Anecoop Group. As Sales Manager at Anecoop France, I’m responsible for managing day-to-day operations with purchasing centers.

2. What were the main reasons that led you to choose Consentio?


Before using Consentio, we struggled to process orders efficiently. Our work was mostly manual, and we needed a tool to automate tasks and increase our daily productivity. Consentio turned out to be the perfect solution, integrating seamlessly with our existing systems while offering an intuitive interface.
 For example, since its implementation, we have significantly reduced order errors. Previously, during peak hours, we often missed product lines, made pricing mistakes, or entered incorrect quantities when handling large orders.

3. How has Consentio helped your company achieve its goals?

Consentio has simplified our order management, solving issues that previously hindered effective communication with our buyers. Now, communication with our buyers is much smoother, allowing us to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels. Additionally, the ability to customize the platform to our specific needs has been a real asset. We’ve also seen an improvement in our profitability and a reduction in product losses.

4. What are your future goals with Consentio?

We’re also looking to integrate new features from Consentio, such as predictive analytics, to anticipate customer demand and optimize inventory. We’re excited to collaborate with Consentio to develop even more innovative solutions!

5.  Is there a particular aspect of Consentio that you especially appreciate?

Beyond improving the efficiency and profitability of our operations, what I appreciate most about Consentio is the customer support. Whenever we had a question or issue, the Consentio team was incredibly responsive and helpful. For example, when we encountered a problem while integrating new features, the Consentio technical team worked closely with us to resolve it quickly. Moreover, the intuitive user interface really helped our team adopt the platform easily, reducing the necessary training time.
