How is billing organised?

License fees can be paid monthly or annually.

What level of service do you offer?

Any user can contact us via the Consentio chat or by email.

We respond within 24 hours.Training and workshops are available if you purchase premium features, which ideally include some training with our team. In general, premium users can request remote workshops as needed, while on-site training is available for an additional fee.

What packages are available?

Our current packages are tailored to your needs, offering various options such as high or low levels of servicing, integration with your existing IT systems, additional training, and more.

Is Consentio a marketplace?

Will my clients have to pay for a subscription to use the platform?

No, basic access for buyers is free. In fact, your clients will have access to a free account that is covered by your subscription, allowing them to make purchases from you.

However, we offer premium features for buyers, such as the Offer Table, order system integration with Consentio, and shared workspace with your colleagues or your teams.

How long does it take to integrate Consentio with my ERP?

The estimated time for integration varies depending on the project's scope, complexity, and the specific features you want to integrate. It can range from approximately 1 week to 2 months.

Our Project Implementation Manager will provide a more precise timeline before the project begins.

How Consentio is automating our orders?

This is one of our premium features, called Magic Orders. It allows you to import external orders directly into your system if it is integrated with Consentio's platform.In essence, we train Consentio's intelligence to read your orders and translate them into a standardized format within the platform.

Can I use Consentio if I receive orders through EDI?

Yes, we have the technology to receive orders through EDI and process them straight into your ERP for you.

As our Magic Orders, this powerful functionality automates tasks that you would typically handle manually.

Do my clients have to be registered to use Magic Orders or EDI?

No, your clients do not need to be registered in Consentio for you to process their orders using Magic Orders or EDI. However, we offer the option to send them a copy of the order you process within Consentio for their reference.

Is the format I need available?

We currently offer more than 100 different formats that you can use to import your orders.

These formats have been developed based on our clients' specific needs. If you are looking for a particular format, we recommend using the format finder to check if it is available in Consentio.

As a retailer, you can use Consentio for your selling, sourcing, and buying activities. It's your all-in-one platform to simplify administrative tasks and enhance efficiency in connecting with your partners.

As a retailer, do I have to create several accounts to operate?

No, as a retailer, you can use one account for all your activities. Within Consentio, you can create several workspaces (work entities) with a single account.We advise our retailers to create one workspace for their sales and another for their purchasing activities.

One of my suppliers invited me to Consentio. Is this tool free?

Yes, basic access for buyers is free. In fact, you will have access to a free account that enables you to view your supplier's products and order directly from them. However, we offer premium features for buyers, such as the Offer Table, order system integration with Consentio, and shared workspaces with your colleagues or teams.

I cannot see my supplier's prices in their catalog. Is this normal?

Yes, in order to see your supplier's prices, you need to register with Consentio and add them as suppliers. They will also need to add you as a customer. Once these settings are complete, you can start accessing their prices, promotions, and placing orders with them.
