We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ame Haslé, a French company known for its commitment to tradition, quality, and close relationships with local producers. Based in France and active in the sourcing and distribution of fresh products—including fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood—Ame Haslé has built its reputation by partnering directly with regional farmers, fishermen, and artisans. We’ve been working closely with local producers, fishermen and suppliers for over 40 years, so we’re deeply rooted in tradition. But we also know the importance of staying ahead. When I took charge of our digital transformation, I saw right away that we needed intuitive, powerful tools to simplify operations without losing our personal touch. Consentio stood out it’s easy to use, and even easier to introduce to our customers. We started with Fruits and Vegetables, and the results were so positive that we quickly expanded to Meat and Seafood.
Frankly, it’s made life easier. The digital catalog is a real game-changer: we update our entire product range—fruit, vegetables, meat, seafood—with just a few clicks. It’s clear, accurate, and eliminates manual errors. We’ve even forgotten what typing mistakes look like! The average basket size has increased too, simply because it’s now easier for customers to discover more of our offering. Plus, I can engage with customers in real time, instead of relying on voicemails or scattered communication.
Consentio is central to our development. It’s not just a digital storefront—it’s a scalable ecosystem. We’re using it to source better, sell smarter, and proactively win new business. The plan now is to go even further, automating orders and integrating directly with our ERP system. That will give me more time to focus on expanding our reach. What I especially appreciate is the ongoing support: the Consentio team is always there, suggesting enhancements and helping us get the most out of the platform. I genuinely enjoy using the system myself, and that enthusiasm makes it easy to get my team and our customers on board.
